长江大桥

Yangtze River Bridges

Yangtze River bridges are all bridges that span the Yangtze River, of which there are large variations in use and scale. There are two famous Yangtze River bridges, one central and one in the lower reaches. The first of these is Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge which formally opened to public traffic on October 15th of 1957. This two-tier road and rail bridge connects Jinghan Railway with Wuguang Railway. The second is Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, constructed independently by China in 1968.
