Report on satisfaction—level of staff members Introduction This report aims to show weather our staff members are satisfied with their working conditions or not. Findings · The recent meeting shows clearly that our staff is quite satisfied with the working conditions. Especially, a lot of them have praised our pension scheme and our childcare vouchers. · Nevertheless, some complained about unflexible working hours, as they have to take care of their children at home. · Apart from this, the poor condition of some office areas was mentioned. A lot of them are dissatisfied with the dirt on the floors and the old-fashioned computer systems. · Finally, I would suggest to increase the number of days off, as most members feel quite exausted after 6 months without holiday. Conclusion In my opinion, we should try to improve working conditions for this will lead to more productivity in the end. |
