Book of Tea

The Book of Tea is divided into three volumes—Volume I, II and III, involving 10 parts totally. As China’s earliest special works with the most complete introduction of Tea authored by Lu Yu in the Tang Dynasty, it was honored as the "encyclopedia on tea". This book is a comprehensive work on the history, source, status, technique of tea production and methods of tea drinking in that period, as well as a penetrating work on agriculture.
