Collection of Yuefu Lyric Poems, compiled by Guo Maoqian (1041-1099) in the Northern Song Dynasty, is a general collection of Yuefu poems and songs from ancient China. Consisting of over 5,000 poems and songs, this collection mainly records the Yuefu lyric poems from the Han and Wei period to the Tang and Five Dynasties as well as the ballads from the pre-Qin period to the late Tang Dynasty. With existing 100 volumes, it is the most complete collection of Yuefu poems and provides important data for the arrangement and study of the Yuefu poems.
