中国政法大学

中国政法大学简称“法大”，建立于1952年，位于北京市，是中华人民共和国教育部直属的一所以法学为特色和优势，文学、史学、哲学、经济学、管理学、教育学等多学科协调发展的全国重点大学，被誉为“政法人才的摇篮”。学校的前身是由北京大学法律系、zz学系，清华大学zz学系，燕京大学法律系、zz学系和辅仁大学社会学系等系科合并组建的北京政法学院。1960年被国务院确立为全国重点高校。1979年复办并面向全国恢复招生。1983年，在中央的直接推动下，更名为“中国政法大学”。

China University of Political Science and Law, established in 1952, is located in Beijing. The university, directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education is characterized by its law programs and covers programs of literature, history, philosophy, economics, management, education and other multidisciplinary studies. It is a national key university and is known as the "cradle of political and law talents". The predecessor of the university is a coalition which included the Department of Law of Peking University; Department of Political Science, Tsinghua University; Department of Political Science, Yenching University; Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science and Sociology Department of Fu Jen Catholic University. In 1960, it was established by the State Council as a national key university. It reopened in 1979 for the country to resume enrollment. In 1983, its name was changed into "China University of Political Science and Law".
