Any step forward in Chinese development needs to be pushed by talents in all walks of life and talents must be trained through education.

Firstly, preservation and development of culture of any nationality are in need of professional knowledge. For example, traditional culture and historic relics in China will have to keep intact and descend from one generation to another. Modern technology must be applied into this case to keep culture down. It is said that some historic relics are facing erosion without good method and techniques to keep them from being faded.
