5月13日，国土资源部就近期一些地方因征地拆迁引发的恶性事件下发《关于切实做好征地拆迁管理工作的紧急通知》，要求严格规范征地拆迁管理、坚决防范查处强征强拆等违法行为，切实维护群众合法权益。

The Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) has issued[u1]  a notice asking local departments to monitor[u2]  forced demolitions[u3]  and evictions in[u4]  a bid to protect the people’s interests.

The notice said local land departments should map out emergency programs to cope with possible land dispute emergencies to avoid suppressing the public in a "simple and rude" way, which might result in malicious and mass incidents.

国土资源部已下发通知，要求地方部门监督强征强拆，切实保护群众利益。

 通知要求地方国土资源部门要制定应急预案，应对可能存在的土地纠纷紧急事件，防止简单粗暴镇压群众，引发恶性和群体性事件发生。
