I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned.

Some of the prestige programs are pretty good not only for their rigid training in management theory and related area, but also for a lot of opportunities to practice. Meanwhile, the courses suit the current situation in China as well as our real needs.

I have five years experience in the chemical industry since I graduated from college. First of all I worked as an assistant engineer in the A Company. Three years later I transferred to B Company. Now I am working in the Sale Department of that company.

我毕业后曾在化工企业工作了五年。首先在一家公司做工程师助理，三年后我跳槽到B公司，现在我在这家公司的销售部工作。

I think he or she should at least possess such qualities as creativity, strong ability to communicate, strong sense of personal responsibilities, excellent ability to demonstrate, great ability to solve problems, entrepreneur’s spirit, and above everything else, and the strong ability to organize.

我认为至少应该具备以下素质：丰富的创造力，极佳的沟通能力，强烈的个人责任感，优秀的演示能力，良好的解决问题的能力，企业家的精神，最主要的是高度的组织能力。
