I think a job is on the one hand a way of making a living, but on the other hand, it is also a very important way to self-fulfillment.

None of us was born "perfect".I will get a second chance to correct my mistake.

Are you more a follower or a leader?

I think I am more of a leader, but I am team-task minded too.

我觉得自己更倾向于作个领导着，但是我也具有团队合作的思想。

I don’t try to get in front of people and lead them, particularly. I’d rather cooperate with anybody else and get the job done by working together.

I don’t agree with somebody else if I think he is wrong, but when I understand his thoughts and find he has some good ideas, then I am very glad to go along with him.

我不习惯在人前活动，尤其是做一个领导。我宁愿跟别人合作共同完成工作。

如果我认为一个人错了那我决不会认同他的观点，但是当我理解了他的想法，并且发现他有一些好的见解时，我是非常乐意跟他一块工作的。

What attitude do you take towards life?

I feel it is important to build a career. Seize the day, seize the hour. Even if it’s hard at the time. I try to get things done that day and not to let them go.

我觉得建立一个事业是很重要的。抓牢每一天，每一个小时，不管在那一刻是多么的困难。我尝试着就在当天抓住我想要的，而决不让其一闪而过。

I am working in a garment factory. My present job is to inspect the quality of products. comparatively speaking, quality control is rather simple. Although I do my job well, I am looking for a new job which is more challenging.

我目前供职于一家服装厂。工作主要是检验产品质量。相对来说，质量控制是相当容易的。尽管我工作做的很出色，我仍旧渴望一份更有挑战性的新工作。

Do you think the MBA training you a lot in the future?

你觉得未来MBA课程会教你很多东西吗?

I think these courses for most MBA students will be a big help. Because for most MBA students, what they need is the combination of work experience and theory supports, the theory we learn in these course will be the foundation when we deal with current issue.

我认为这些课程都能大大受益多数的MBA学生。因为对于大部分MBA学生来说，他们所缺乏的正是工作经验与理论知识的结合，而我们在这些课程中所学到的理论恰好能为我们以后处理实际问题打下基础。

What kind of personality do you think you have?

你认为自己个性如何?

Well, I approach things very enthusiastically, and I don’t like to leave something half-done. It makes me nervous- I cannot concentrate on something else until the first thing is finished.

嗯，我处理事情非常积极，并且不喜欢半途而废。知道第一件事情做完了我才会专注于其他问题，否则我会非常紧张。

How would you describe your personality?

I am a person of great perseverance. If I pick up something, I never leave it half-done. I am strong willed, and I never withdraw before difficulties. I am ready to help others, because it can not only do others good, but also give me a sense of satisfaction.

我是个毅力非凡的人。如果我拾起一件工作，我决不会半途而废。我意志坚强，在困难面前从不畏缩。我时刻准备帮助别人，因为这样不仅能给别人带来好处，而且也给我自己带来满足感。

Could you tell me any of your faults and strong points?

能不能谈谈你的缺点和优点?

Well, I am afraid I am a poor talker, and that isn’t very good. So I’ve been studying how to speak in public. I suppose a strong point is that I like developing new things and ideas.
