I’d rather do well in coordinating a team to work hard in common to fulfill a tast efficiently, but I always feel that I cannot accurately control in many area, and a lot of anticipated plans are not finished on time due to all kinds of reasons. Although I have read some books on management, I still hold the idea that the systematic MBA progarm would help me a lot.

我比较擅长协调一个团队共同努力，高效的完成一个任务，但总是感觉很多方面不能够准确的控制，预先的计划也经常由于各种原因无法按时完成，虽然看过一些管理方面的书籍，但我认为系统的MBA课程学习，会更有帮助。
