Dear Sirs,

I would like to book a single room with bath from the 21st of September to the 2nd of October,inclusive,for Alain Mancone,our Export Sales Manager.

As you know,our executives normally stay at the Eastchester when in London.

We would like you to provide a room with a telephone extension.This is essential.We would like a room overlooking the park,if possible.

Mr.Mancone will need some reception facilities,as he will have many business meetings.He would like you to reserve a room for business meetings for the duration of his stay.

Mr.Mancone will arrive on the morning of the 21st September,and is intending to leave in the late afternoon on the 2nd October.

We would like you to confirm this booking by return.Please leg us know the full cost,including V.A.T.and service charges.
