BEIJING, Aug. 16 (Xinhuanet) -- Golden Telecom Inc. announced Wednesday it signed an agreement with fast-food chain McDonald's Corp. to provide WiFi equipment and services in all 175 of its Russian restaurants.

    The Russian telecom and Internet service provider did not disclose any financial terms ofthe deal.

    Moscow-based Golden Telecom shares rose a penny on the NASDQ to 60.97 U.S. dollars in afternoon trading.
