Secondly, personal qualities are important as well, such as loyalty to the company, responsibility and so on, since these can help to establish personal credibility and integrity among colleagues.

On top of that, current performance is another factor to consider. Successful performance can at least demonstrate some aspects of the staff’s ability, such as communication skills, sales experiences and so on.
