The  Advantages  of  Job  Interview 

       It  is  a  common  practice  these  days  for  employers  to  interview  students  who  wish  to  work  for  them  after  graduation. By  means  of  the   face-to-face  interview，body  sides  can  judge  whether  they  suit  each  other. The  advantages  of  the  job  interview  are  that  it  is  an  accurate  and  time-saving  way  of  matching  prospective  employer  and  prospective  employee.

      For  instance，the  employer  has  the  chance  to  explain  the  requirements  of  the  plat  he  is  offering. At  the  same  time，he  can  introduce  the   benefits  his  company  or  work  unit  offers—working  conditions，holidays，welfare，etc. He  will  also  ask  the  interviewee  about  his  education   and  qualifications，and  why  he  has  applied  for  that  particular  job.

      At  the  same  time，the  interviewee  has  the  chance  to  find  out  more   details  about  the  job  he  has  applied  for. He  will  try  to  make  a  favor-able  impression  on  the  interviewer，while  deciding  whether  the  job  is  one  in  which  he  is  likely  to  be  satisfied.
