What is important when making travel arrangements for a business trip, cost, comfort or something else?

Answer: Good morning let me start by saying just a few words about my opinions. My topics is What is important when making travel arrangements for a business trip, cost, comfort or something else?

In my opinions the comfort is important. Most places that a business man will stay in probably would be comfortable. Cost is a concern but the businessman must be comfortable to get a good rest to recover from the traveling and to be ready to meet with people the next day. Comfort is very important and would include a clean room, comfortable bed, clean bedding and a quiet room.

In addition to that Internet access is important for communication with the home business and family.  A printer and access to a copy machine may be important to some business travelers.
