Man:In my consultancy job, I always tried to keep toa nine-hour day. But when you’re an entrepreneur, you live and breathe your business twenty-four hoursa day, seven days a week. So I have no settimetable. However, one day it would be nice to havesome weekends free.

Woman:And what about your staff; what sort ofpeople do you look for?

Man: I do think that business qualifications can bevery helpful, but my preference is to have peoplewho are used to working in the service sector. I interview a lot of dynamic and creativepeople, but they aren’t actually interested in how the business works.

Woman: So what advice would you give to people who want to start their own businesses?
