    Last but not least, help from veteran staff is not a minor consideration either.  As we all know, colleagues’ assistance provide a supportive work environment, and therefore can also foster teamwork and cooperation in your job. On the other hand, not so helpful colleagues will cause frustration and reduce productivity.
