Whenever there is a computer breakdown,all the work will be held up and the whole thing swill be in a total mess.

Why staff may not be using computers

1.Lack of computer knowledge and skills

2.Don’t want to learn anything new

3.Have the unnecessary fear that there might be harmful radiation to human bodies

Solutions

1.We should arrange an in-house training program to help staff learn about computers and software packages so as to use them effectively.

2.Let them know about the usages of computer which will benefit their life and work.

Show them how to use e-mails or other connections to understand the value of computer.

3.Show them how computers can be used for all kinds of tasks,such as word processing,databases,graphics,communications,etc. which relieve their workload

4.Supply some technical people who will assist them in their use of computers

5.Making it a rule that all the paperwork should be typed and printed out.
