
1Blend sugar and butter to well mixed til a bit fluffy
2This is how I scale my ingredients
3After the step 1 is done,add in the sifted flour ingredients, blend it well should be enough
4After step 3 is done, add in the mixed nuts of your choice and blend 1 min the max.
5divide dough to 2 parts and shape each to a log, and press it down in 12" long, 1" high shape, and brush with egg yolk or whole egg
6This is what it bake the first time for 350~360F for about 35~40 mins.
7Bake the second time, cut the cookie in this shape and bake at 325F for around 25 mins or 20 less
8Its done~ now enjoy your Italian country style afternoon tea~~
