Dear All,

We are currently planning to hold a charity sale for kids who are coming from Angels Home. Therefore, I am writing to ask for your kind and generous help.

The sale will be held on May 1st on our campus. On that day, a lot of things such as books and clothes will be sold. Please come to join us from 9 o’clock in the morning to 6 o’clock in the afternoon. All the money collected will be used to buy warm clothes for kids as winter is coming.

I appreciate the time and trouble you will take to consider this request and participate in this sale. We sincerely hope that you can offer a hand to make it a better and warmer world for those kids.
