Which aspects do you like best and worst for your present work and post? Why?

I like my present job very much, though my post is not so high, my room of promotion is rather considerable, especially that this work is facing many challenges. But what bothers me a lot is that many plans and coordinating work is very difficult to clarify in advance, and there are a lot of emergent things need to handle. Therefore, I hope through the systematic study of MBA program I could find the ways to improve my ability in management.

我很喜欢现在的工作，职位虽然不高，但上升的空间很大，尤其是这个工作和职位面临很多挑战，但让我感到有些苦恼的是，很多计划和协调工作事先很难细化，总是出现一些紧急事物需要处理，因此我希望通过MBA课程的系统学习，找到提升自己管理方面的能力。

I think so far my most successful decision-making is that I decide to prepare the MBA exam in my spare time. I think this decision is rather successful, because I’ve got the qualification to sit here. No matter whether I could be the MBA student of your school finally, I still feel rather proud for myself, for I could exclude the distraction, prepare the MBA exam with my spare time, and have obtained this score.

我觉得到目前为止，我最成功的决策是决定利用业余时间准备MBA考试，我认为这个决策很成功，因为我获得了坐在这里的资格，不管最后是否能够成为贵校的MBA，我仍然为自己能够排除干扰，利用业余时间复习MBA考试，并且取得了这个成绩，感到很骄傲。

Do you like to make a bit higher goal than the practical one or to make a rather high goal?

你喜欢制定比实际能达到的稍高一点的目标还是非常高的目标?

I usually would make a far and very high goal, then apply many lower goals to gradually fulfill this terminal goal step by step, thus not only gives me a shot-term force for fighting, but a long-term objective to work hard.

我通常会制定一个长远的很高的目标，然后指定多个为实现这个高目标必须要逐步实现的较低目标，这样让自己既有短期奋斗的动力，又有长期努力的目标。

I think the most intricate step for a manager is planning, because the whole job is always started from planning,controlled by planning, and then examined with planning.

我没有填写第二志愿，我认为读MBA就要读最好的商学院。

I haven’t got a second choice, because I think the best MBA education is due to the best business institute.

My second choice is Shanghai University. I hope I could begin my MBA study this year, of course it’s better to be accepted by Fudan University,but if fails,I still hope I could finish my MBA progarm as soon as possible, then I would improve myself continually to combine theory with practice, thus one day obtain the DBA of Fudan University.

我的第二志愿是上海大学，我希望能够在今年可以开始我的mba求学之路，当然，最好能够成为复旦大学的mba，如果失败的话，我仍然希望尽快完成mba学业，理论结合实践，继续提升自己，有朝一日考取复旦大学的工商管理博士(简称DBA)。

Do you think if the economic crysis has caused any influences on the MBA employment? Do you think whether it’s still valuable for MBA study?

你认为金融危机对mba就业有影响吗?你认为读mba还有价值嘛?

Surely is does. Different industries have just got different influences. But, I think to study MBA is not just for job-hunting in a short time. Considering from a long view, through the MBA study, it could widen my horizon, know advanced administrative idea, improve my personal comprehensive quality and office competition, thus gives me a chance to get into a higher career developmental platform.

影响肯定是有的，不同的行业影响大小不同而已。不过，我觉得读mba不是为了短期内找工作或者跳槽，从长远的角度考虑，通过mba的学习可以让我开阔眼界，了解先进的管理理念，提高个人的综合能力和职场竞争力，从而有机会登上一个更高的职业发展平台。

I don’t think you are fit for the MBA study, how do you feel about it?

我觉得你不适合读MBA，您怎么认为?

I could understand your feeling.Maybe you think I am too young without a excellent professional background. Although my working time is not so long, I could already lead a team more than 10 persons, perform and manage projects and programs over millions of dollars. Meanwhile, it’s just because the size of my company is not so big, I can get more opportunities to contact the core content of managerial work, which is also the reason for me to be interested in administration in just 2 years, have a urgent desire for the management knowledge and a long-lasting pursue for MBA program.The business institute should give more chance to the youngers with managerial potential to contact her.

您的这个感觉我能够理解。也许您认为我太年轻，毕业时间不长，职业背景并不优秀。虽然我工作时间不长，但我已经能够带领一个10人以上的团队，实施和管理百万级的工程项目，同时，正是由于我所在的公司规模不大，才使我有更多机会接触到管理工作的核心内容，这也是我工作短短2年就对管理产生兴趣，对管理知识迫切渴望，对MBA执着追求的原因。商学院应该给更多具备管理潜质的年轻人接近她的机会。

If you just want to obtain a master’s degree to take the MBA examination?

你考mba是不是只想获得一个硕士文凭?

There is no doubt that obtaining the master’s degree and background is one of the reasons for me to take the exam. Because I want to improve my career competition in the "hardware" aspect; meanwhile, I prefer I could improve my practical ability from the "software" angle.MBA program is much more inclined to the practical application. Comparing with the common postgraduate education, I think MBA can arouse my interest to study and let me involve in it with heart and soul.MBA education is a platform, and I hope I could climb onto it to fulfill higher goal and value, but not just for a certificate.

不可否认，获得硕士学历和学位是我考MBA的原因之一，因为我希望从“硬件”方面提升自己的职场竞争力，同时，我更希望能够从“软件”方面真正提高自身能力。MBA更侧重于实际应用，比起普通研究生教育，我觉得MBA更能激发我学习的兴趣，让我全身心的投入。MBA是一个平台，我希望登上这个平台，实现更高的目标和价值，而不仅仅是收获一本证书。
