Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain that your son broke the window pane of my car by his soccer yesterday,I hope to get proper compensation .
I am Wang Ling and live in the same building with you , on the 15 Floor room 1503, in your vicinity. Yesterday ,my car was parked near the road behind our building ,as your son was play ing soccer with his friends at that time ,perhaps ,he was not intentional,but his ball hit my car window accidentally,i feel very sad about that .
I understand you will give immediate attention to this matter .
